Based on our collective experience as trainers, practitioners, and practice group leaders, we have found that the path to long-term, successful Collaborative Practice requires communities to have hands-on training, on-going practice group development, and individual support for the professions.

IFCR has the experience and skills to collaborate with your practitioners and facilitate transformation.  We have developed a comprehensive system to be successful.

The All-inclusive Package includes:

  • 2-day Introductory Interdisciplinary Training or attorneys, financial specialists, and mental health professionals that meets IACP standards.
  • Half day Practice Group Development workshop - Learn to build the organizational support your community needs, including best practices around membership development, continuing education, marketing, and other important topics.
  • Half day Professional Group Coaching - Work in profession specific groups to dive deeply into the skills and tools you will need to help you succeed with clients and other professionals on Collaborative teams.  
  • Hour-long follow up sessions via video conferencing with your Practice Group Board to address pressing issues, concerns, and leadership cohesion - 3 months after training and 6 months after training.
  • Three engaging, hour-long, educational practice group presentations via video conferencing during first year post training customized to meet the needs of your community.  
  • Hour-long follow up session with each professional group (attorneys, financial professionals, and mental health professionals) six months post-training via video conferencing for additional group coaching. 


15 participant minimum

15 - 20 participants: $1,500 each

21 - 25 participants: $1,350 each

26 - 30 participants: $1,200 each

31+ participants: $1,000 each

Tip:  Allowing professionals outside your community to attend the basic training can help defer your total costs.
