Bring ADR Learning Lab Trainings to Your Community!

Did you see one of our past offerings that you think would benefit your community?

Interested in bringing an Introductory Collaborative Training to your local area?

Erinn, Julia, and Cheryl are always interested in partnering to expand the world of ADR practitioners.

Interested in a topic you don’t see on our website? We often customize training events for communities for the needs and interests of their group. Just ask! We’ve likely already done something similar for another group that is easily adapted for your community.

How does this work? Typically, we contract with a sponsoring group (Event Sponsor) to provide the training or trainings you designate. The Event Sponsor pays travel expenses (if in-person) and trainer fees. Trainer fees can be a flat rate or based on a scale according to number of event registrants. Remote training events which do not incur travel expenses are an option.

Event Sponsor Responsibilities

  • Event registration, collection of fees, management of refunds
  • Event publicity (ADR Learning Lab will list the event on our website, list on IACP website, and include in our email newsletters)
  • If in person, physical location appropriate to accommodate event, meals/beverages/snacks, audio visual needs, internet, etc.
  • Application and record keeping needed to obtain and submit CLEs, CMEs, CPEs, CEUs, etc. ADR Learning Lab will cooperate in the timely provision of materials needed to make applications.

ADR Learning Lab Responsibilities

  • If remote event, provide Zoom meeting-style platform with appropriate link to send to registrants.
  • If in-person event, coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements with Event Sponsor
  • Provide an electronic notebook to all registrants
  • Handouts for learning activities
  • List event on our website, list on IACP website, and include in our email newsletters
  • Cooperate in the timely provision of materials needed for Event Sponsor to make applications for CLEs, CMEs, CPEs, CEUs, etc.
  • Provide all attendees with a certificate of attendance upon completion

We can also help Event Sponsors generate ideas of how to interest other sponsors to financially support the event.
